Rethabile Tsephe - Africa Country Lead 

 

Rethabile is a mental health consultant who encourages the use of expressive writing, emotional intelligence as key competencies as a human resource tool to improve the mental health and wellbeing of people. She has collaborated with a massage therapist and sports coach to introduce innovative interventions.She has a Diploma in Adult basic education and training from the University of South Africa and various complementary qualifications. She is currently pursuing a diploma in sociology to enhance her comprehension of “human behavior” in support of her research work.

 

Rethabile is one of the  researchers at the Global foundation of cyber studies and research. Her tenacity and willingness to learn will provide an opportunity for her to be among great thought leaders and influence communication & decision making.

Anshula Suresh - India Country Lead

​

Anshula, is pursuing her Masters in Clinical Psychology from Shreemati Nathibai Damodar Thackersay Women's University, Mumbai, India. She is an independent researcher with a keen interest in the areas of positive psychology, digital psychology and nuances of human behaviour.

 

Anshula has conducted and presented 10+ research studies at various national and international conferences. She has also published a research paper "The psychological impact of Covid-19 pandemic" in a renowned journal. Her past research work includes studies on resilience,  eudaimonic well-being, self-efficacy, spirituality, mobile phone addiction, binge-watching  across varied populations like caregivers of children with Autism. school teachers, young adults etc. She is a volunteer at Citta, India that is being funded by the Resolution Project as a Head of Research Department, and at The Apprentice Project (TAP) that is being funded by Harvard Innovation Labs as a Researcher.

 

She is a research assistant at the Global Foundation of Cyber Studies and Research Think Tank Washing DC and at the Tata Institute of Social Sciences for a nationwide project during the COVID pandemic.

​

She has volunteered with the World Confederation of Warriers and has imparted education in academic subjects and conducted holistic development interventions among children from low-income government schools in Mumbai.

Mahnoor Zakir - Pakistan Country Lead

​

Mahnoor is a senior undergraduate student majoring in Economics & Political science from Lahore University of Management Sciences.  She is a talented and versatile writer, proficient in all aspects, with a primary interest in succinctly analyzing political developments and international affairs. With versatile courses at hand, Mahnoor is a performance-driven individual with an exceptional ability to develop essential and valuable ideas necessary to thrive in the world.

 She believes that every individual is endowed at birth with a unique gift, and hers is to make a difference in this dynamic world by becoming a leader  Her passion for giving back to the community has instilled in her the desire to help people heal.

​

Although Mahnoor is in the developing stage of her career, she has high aims and objectives in fulfilling her academic aspirations while parallel working in a practical research field. This has enabled her to score positions of research assistant at both the Global Foundation of Cyber Studies and Research, Think Tank Washington DC, and CoronaNet Research Project.

She is a final year student of BS International Relations at National Defence University, Pakistan.She is a versatile content writer proficient in researching, writing, and editing diverse content. A dedicated researcher familiar with current affairs, cyberwarfare, space terrorism, gender politics, and international politics. Research Intern with 2 years working for think tanks. Flexible and poised promoting well-developed skills in research and analysis. She is also a research assistant with The Global Foundation of Cyber Studies & Research Washington DC Think Tank.

Bakhtawar Pervaiz - Senior Contributor and Researcher 

 

Bakhtawar is an advocate for mental health, women empowerment and children's rights. She is a scholar and holds an M.Phil degree in Government and Public Policy from National Defence University (NDU), Islamabad and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Islamia University of Bahawalpur

​

Bakhtawar has worked on many national security and policy issues. She contributes research articles on various contemporary national issues and has previously worked for the National Assembly of Pakistan and the Institute of Strategic Studies, Research & Analysis (ISSRA).

 

She devotes her time to helping women to improve entrepreneurial skills in rural areas and participate in many other social causes in Pakistan. Her major areas of interest include Public policy, Cyber governance, Cyber security, Defence policy, National and International Security and Water Crisis.

She is also a researcher at The Global Foundation of Cyber Studies and Research Think Tank
