Welcome to your 7 days Challenge!

The purpose of this challenge is to find your inner strength, build your resilience, and to promote psychological well-being. (As is well documented the prefrontal cortex in humans is a centre for conditioned based response mechanism. Such conditioning is may also be rewired so to speak by using techniques such as Neuro-Linguistic programming. )

Step 1

For a start, I strongly recommend you to conduct a ‘Self-discovery” self- assessment to understand and discover your core strength and weakness. Such an assessment allows you to consciously review key attributes that are both positive and negative, in a structured approach. This approach of self-review is a well-proven method to prove you with a basis in terms of a baseline, which for future change will be very useful to see measure positive change over time.


Step 2

Leveraging on your core strength, we recommend you to select 1 of the 22 emotions practice with at least 2 recommended activities daily to start your 7 day challenge.

At the end of your 7 days challenge, you should have adjusted and aligned to your new rooted emotion.


I would advise you to continue practice and to also acquire new rooted emotion for a better self and positive mental.
